Dr. Talia Schwartz-Tayri is a faculty member at the Spitzer Department of Social Work at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, the founder and head of the AI for SW lab, and an expert in social services quality research. Her studies focus on the association of service-related factors and children’s and families’ resilience. She has led studies on social services in response to adversity and specialized in applying ML methods in social welfare research at UC Berkeley’s School of Social Welfare. During her Ph.D. studies, she also served as the research director of the Israeli Council for the Child in Care.
